2. Orders & Payments
- All orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or fraudulent activity.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- We use G4S courier services for deliveries.
- Orders are delivered within 24 hours after dispatch.
- Customers must collect their packages within 3 days; failure to do so will result in the item being returned.
- Delivery charges are flate rate of ksh 800
4. Returns & Refunds
- Items can only be returned if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving a defective item.
- Refunds or exchanges are subject to approval after inspection of the returned item.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery details.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the item upon collection.
- Caletech Ventures is not responsible for any loss or damage after the item has been collected.
6. Warranty & Liability
- Products sold may come with manufacturer warranties where applicable.
- We are not liable for any damage caused by improper use or third-party services.
