1. Delivery Method
We deliver nationwide using G4S courier services to ensure secure and efficient shipping.
2. Delivery Time
- Orders are delivered within 24 hours after dispatch.
- Customers will receive a notification once their package is ready for collection.
3. Collection & Return Policy
- Customers must collect their items promptly upon delivery.
- If an item is not collected within 3 days, it will be returned to us.
- Re-delivery requests will attract additional charges.
4. Delivery Charges
- Customers must commit to delivery charges before dispatch.
- Delivery charges are flate rate of ksh 500 outside Nairobi & ksh 350 within Nairobi
5. Customer Responsibility
- Ensure the correct delivery details are provided.
- Check and confirm the package condition before accepting it from G4S.
